Whilst Elliot’s services are delivered online he arranges face to face catchups with his clients in Sheffield and London.

He also serves as a personal trainer in various hotel gyms, offices, and runs bootcamp around the City of London.

My training styles focuses on functional strength training and I am always looking to deliver innovative and exciting sessions to my clients, using tried and tested methods combined with the latest workout plans and equipment.

I love helping people and seeing people succeed. Whatever your fitness goals and ambitions, I will work with you to make them a reality.

No other personal trainer in London works as hard for their clients as I do, and this is reflected by the awesome relationships I have with my clients. My “Go Hard” or “Go Home” philosophy is the most important element towards all of my successes.
