PCOS Weight Management Goals & Success.
The personal trainer you have ends up making a great deal of impact on your overall health and the ability to achieve your personal fitness goals. The ideal trainer is one who dedicates their time and efforts to you, one who uniquely tailors a workout based on your body type, and one who pushes you to the extent where you make notable changes in your overall physical abilities.
Elliot Bulley easily meets these standards, and goes far beyond. He designs a workout routine and meal plan specially designed for each client. He takes the time, and puts in the effort to learn about each person as well as their ultimate personal goals. This is the key, because what may work for one person’s routine and metabolism may not work for another’s.

When it comes to weight loss and body shaping for me, it isn’t as simple as hitting the gym a few times a week. There are many more pieces to my complicated puzzle that need to go hand in hand. When I started training with Elliot, I had recently been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). PCOS is not a life-threatening disease, but it is the most common endocrine disorder affecting 5%-10% of all females.
A common side-affect, and one that I had to deal with, is rapid weight gain. Elliot confidently set out to tackle my intricate, and which at one point was thought to be impossible puzzle. He bought a number of books on PCOS to familiarise himself with the syndrome and to identify different ways of creatively designing an exercise and food plan that would work for me. Further, he acted as a support system and someone I could turn to in order to lift my spirits. As a result of his hard work and dedication, I was able to see a notable difference in my overall physical health and appearance during my years-length training.
Needless to say, Elliot goes far beyond the standard expectations of a personal trainer. He is personally invested in each client’s fitness goals and overall health as his top priority. Believe it or not, these attributes are hard to come across in the world of personal training. I have had a variety of personal trainers over the last 10 years, and not a single one put in the same amount of effort, dedication, and utmost care into my overall well-being. Unfortunately, my time in London with Elliot as my personal trainer has come to an end as I have now returned to my home in California. I do, however, continue to look to Elliot for advice, meal plan coaching, and words of encouragement. I have, and will continue to recommend Elliot Bulley to anyone seeking personal training, and have even considered moving him to California in order to continue our progress!
